Terms of Service for PoseRef

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PoseRef mobile application (the “App”), developed and operated by Jacob Seto.

By downloading or using PoseRef, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Interfere with the App’s functionality

2. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for content you capture
• You must obtain consent when photographing others where required by law
• You must comply with local laws

We are not responsible for how you use content created with PoseRef.

3. No Accounts or Data Collection

No accounts are required and no personal data is collected. All data remains on your device.

4. Peer-to-Peer Features

The app may use Multipeer Connectivity for local device connections.

• Connections are direct between devices
• You control what data is shared

5. Intellectual Property

• The App is owned by Jacob Seto
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute it

You retain ownership of any content you create.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from use of the App.

8. Changes to the App

We may modify or discontinue the App at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the App means you accept updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws.
